DELIBERA DI CONSIGLIO


A relazione del Sindaco, il quale osserva che da alcuni incontri in Provincia, le modifiche e integrazioni normative alla variante al PRGC che si vogliono apportare, non andando a modificare il perimetro della proposta di PRG, sono state valutate positivamente e non vanno assoggettate a VAS e al nulla Osta del Genio Civile;
-Vista la proposta di variante al PIANO REGOLATORE GENERALE in itinere;
-Considerato che nel mese Aprile c.a. si è insediata la nuova Amministrazione Comunale;
-Rilevata la necessità di apportare delle piccole modifiche ed integrazioni normative allo strumento urbanistico, che non
comportano stravolgimento dell’assetto generale dell’elaborato e rispondono meglio alle esigenze della comunità.
Si propone di apportare alla proposta di Piano delle piccole variazioni esposte nel seguente atto deliberativo.
Nello specifico queste modifiche ed integrazioni normative:
1. non modificano l’assetto generale del piano ongoing and will remain internal to the current PRG;

È stato presentato pubblicamente anche ai tecnici, a cui personalmente è stata consegnata bozza delle norme tecniche di attuazione tra cui, anche il consigliere Ing. Carmelo Pantè.
