I commenti sul nostro post "Le Associazioni" hanno fuorviato la nostra segnalazione e cioè che il Comune di Pettorano sul Gizio ne conosce solo una. Il fatto che siano o meno sul web non significa nulla perchè altri Comuni come Prezza, Villalago ed altri, citano il nome, la sede e il n. di telefono delle associazioni sul loro territorio, pur non avendo un sito, dando quindi la giusta valorizzazione a tutti quelli che si impegnano.
Abbiamo guardato ancora più attentamente il sito ufficiale delle Comunità Montana e ci siamo accorti che nemmeno le frazioni vengono riportate. Visto che il Presidente è Pettoranese l'attenzione che riserva al suo paese è veramente notevole.
Comunque ringraziamo Carrara e gli altri amministratori per non averci degnato di nessuna considerazione perchè noi seppur pettoranesi non la meritiamo.
A proposito di "ASSOCIAZIONI" (noi diciamo privilegiate) ne è sorta un'altra "La Martes" , ma visti gli incarichi che il Comune intende affidargli ci sembra strano definirla Associazione.
Non abbiamo elementi per entrare nel merito giuridico di questa associazione e della convenzione che il Comune intende con essa stipulare, ma una cosa salta all'occhio, che forse si dovrebbe trattare di SOCIETA'.
E comunque, per quale motivo questo affidamento non is equal?

Quale è stato quindi il criterio di tale scelta?
Immaginiamo che sia stata effettuata sulla base della fiducia (di chi e tra chi?).
Non è stato allegato agli atti nemmeno l’atto costitutivo della società, per cui il Consiglio non conosce i nominativi dei componenti l’Associazione.

Nel 2007 il Consiglio Comunale ha istituito il Centro Studi per le Reti Ecologiche che con la sua attività ha provveduto ad organizzare le iniziative che noi tutti (spero!) conosciamo.
Non mi è sinceramente chiaro perché oggi si debba esternalizzare l’attività sino ad ora svolta “intra moenia” attivando una convenzione di validità quinquennale con una Associazione costituita praticamente l’altro ieri (23 settembre 2010) e di cui nulla è scritto nella convenzione circa le esperienze matured, as nothing is said about the components and their curricula, and equipment available.

We should also explain what goods the mayor refers to la convenzione, visto che il Comune si è già privato della Biblioteca Comunale.
Risulta che il sindaco, con nota del 02.12.2010 in atti al prot. n.2710, abbia negato l’utilizzo della Biblioteca alla Pro Loco (che si era proposta di provvedere all'apertura pomeridiana dei locali per due giorni alla settimana a scomputo di un utilizzo per le sue attività ordinarie) con la motivazione che “(…) tale locale è adibito anche a sede del Centro di Educazione Ambientale (CEA), che per essere riconosciuto a livello Regionale deve avere fisicamente una sede (…)”.
